Rental Income...
...how much will I get?
You will receive 3% of the purchase price of your property per year for three years paid on a quarterly basis. For example if your home costs 300,000 euros you will receive 9,000 euros paid in quarterly payments of 2,250 euros. The quarterly payments will be made in arrears and the purchase price excludes the VAT.
Personal Usage...
...when can I use my home?
You may use your home whenever you like, as after all it is yours. However, to receive the full 3% rental income you must restrict your usage to 8 weeks per year, any weeks over the 8 will reduce the income you receive by the appropriate amount. The eight weeks are categorised as follows: 4 may be peak season, 2 may be mid season, and 2 may be low season, you can trade weeks, but only down not up. Free Flights...
...what's the catch?
There isn't one, you may travel on any Excel Airways flight from any UK airport to the destination of your property, the only restriction is that the flights are subject to availability, so the sooner you book the better. Your free flights will start from the completion date of your own property. However, you may use your free flights earlier if you stay in one of our rental properties.
Executive Lounges...
...a quality start
You are buying a quality home, we believe your holiday should get off to a quality start, that's why we are providing you with six free passes for entry into an Executive Lounge on your outbound flight from the UK. You will be sent the vouchers on an annual basis from when you take your first flight.
Free Drinks...
...relax onboard
For those who haven't yet travelled with Excel Airways, you are in for a treat. Excel Airways aircraft are fitted with leather seats, provide in-flight entertainment, and yes, they do serve food. You will be provided with vouchers for two free drinks of your choice ( excluding champagne ) for both your outbound and return journeys. The offer is only valid on Excel Airways aircraft.

To ensure your holiday gets off to a hassle free start, we have arranged for you to be able to sit together on your outbound journey. You simply need to contact the Excel Airways pre flight department and quote your membership number.

As benefit of your membership, we have negotiated special discounts for your family and friend when they travel on Excel Airways and are booked using your membership details. The level of discount depends on how early you book and what date you travel.
Free Car Hire...

To enable you to sample the local sites and culinary delights, we have arranged for you to have one weeks group A car hire free of charge. You will be able to upgrade the group and / or extend the length of hire at preferential rates. Booking your car is simple and your reservation can be made at the same tine as you book your flights. The minimum age for car rental is 21.
